Our Principal
Our Principal, Monika Bennett, has been in banking for over 10 years and has experience financing and managing over 2,000 commercial and real estate deals. With deep understandings of financing, underwriting, and market appetite, Ms. Bennett founded Birchtree Capital Funding as a banker wanting to provide clients with wider avenues of funding and a clear, pleasant financing experience.
Capital access is one of the five lifebloods of a successful business, and access to private equity and various institutional funds greatly expands the availability of a capital pathway and ease of coming upon it.
Ms. Bennett additionally brings her passion for real estate asset acquisition, profit drive, and loan structuring skills to her banking lens.
