Our firm has particular proficiencies in commercial real estate and real estate lending, running the gamut from business loans for working capital & cash flow management (including ABL, dealer finance, and factoring), equipment lending, owner-occupied building financing and build-out. We finance every type investment real estate—single family residential with specialized DSCR lending products available, multifamily investment & apartment, hotel, assisted living facility, retail, light industrial, and, hotel. We also offer bridge and short-term construction note financing.

Our principal, Monika Bennett, has been in banking for over 16 years and has experience financing and managing over 2,000 commercial and real estate deals. With deep understandings of financing, underwriting, and market appetite, Ms. Bennett founded Birchtree Capital Funding as a banker wanting to provide clients with wider avenues of funding and a clear, pleasant financing experience. Capital access is one of the five lifebloods of a successful business, and access to private equity and various institutional funds greatly expands the availability of a capital pathway and ease of coming upon it.
